Digital Edition Purchase Terms

Adventurers by Claudia Pulido ("Adventurers", "we", "us") is operated by Claudia Pulido, an individual and sole proprietor in Florida, United States. Manawa Consulting provides the technology for this site as technology sponsor and developer; Manawa Consulting is not the seller.

What you are buying

A Digital Edition of an Adventurers story for USD 14.99 each. A Digital Edition is one story in one language, for one age range, of one edition type (for example, a reading edition). You do not need a membership or sponsorship to buy one. Members pay their plan's price (see the Membership Terms).

Formats. PDF and EPUB (and HTML, where offered) are formats of the same edition. You do not pay separately for each format.

Availability and delivery

We offer an edition for sale only after it has been approved and is ready to deliver. We do not take preorders or payment for editions that are not yet available. After we verify your payment, we send the edition files (PDF + EPUB) to the email you gave and the edition appears in your Library. Your Library

Editions you buy are kept in your personal Library. You reach it through a private link we send you after your payment is verified. Keep that link secret (see the Privacy Policy). Your editions stay in your Library even if a membership ends or is cancelled.

Corrections

Corrections to the same edition are included at no extra charge. A correction is never a new edition you have to buy. A different language, age range or edition type is a separate edition.

Payment

You pay by Zelle. See the Payment Terms. Your order is confirmed only after an authorized operator verifies the payment.

Refunds

Before delivery: you may request a full refund at any time, and we will refund it.
After delivery: sales are final, except for a defective file, a delivery error, a legal obligation, or an exception we approve.

Your use

The files are for your personal use. Do not share or resell them.

Taxes
